Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Location: Sheridan, AR

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Coordinator to support our sales team, manage tradeshows and events, and foster valuable relationships. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our promotional efforts, driving brand visibility and sales growth through creative event coordination and proactive sales support. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Support
    • Assist the sales team in lead generation efforts surrounding tradeshows and events.
    • Follow up on tradeshow-generated leads to build relationships and convert opportunities.
    • Keep accurate records of sales leads and key performance metrics, supporting data-driven strategies.
  2. Tradeshow Planning & Execution
    • Manage end-to-end tradeshow coordination, from registration and booth logistics to promotional materials.
    • Develop and oversee tradeshow budgets and timelines, ensuring each event is executed flawlessly.
    • Work closely with vendors and the internal marketing team to ensure all tradeshow materials reflect our brand.
    • Partner with sales to finalize the yearly tradeshow schedule and align marketing efforts for maximum visibility.
  3. Event Coordination
    • Occasionally plan and execute regional sales events, customer workshops, and other promotional activities.
    • Oversee event logistics such as venue selection, catering, invitations, and communications to ensure positive attendee experiences.
  4. Relationship Building
    • Serve as a brand ambassador at tradeshows and events, fostering positive impressions and representing our company with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  5. Other Essential Duties as Assigned

Key Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong planning, organization, and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for relationship-building and networking.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle logistics, timelines, and budgets.
  • Adaptable team player with a positive, collaborative approach.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in event planning, tradeshow coordination, or sales support.

Special Requirements:

  • Must pass a background and motor vehicle check.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Work Environment:

  • Primarily office-based in a climate-controlled environment.
  • Flexibility to travel for events and tradeshows and work outside of standard hours as needed.
